Currently unavailable New Zealand pianist Richard Farrell tragically died in 1958 at the age of 32. Richard Farrell Complete Recordings vol 2 is a double cd with 14 page booklet from the acclaimed Atoll label. Volume 1 of the Complete Recordings was a mainstay in the NZ classical Charts for months and sold exceptionally well. Volume 2 gathers together the remainder of the studio recordings on 2 CD’s - two complete LPs, each of them solo recital discs - one of Brahms (Pye CCL 30109) and the other of Rachmaninov (Pye CCL30138), plus four EP discs and a number of unissued performances of Chopin's solo piano music.
