The movie tells the story of Arthur, a schizophrenic who believes he's the second son of God.
Arthur – who resides at a halfway home in Ponsonby for former psychiatric patients – believes he's found the "Queen of Heaven" he seeks in Margaret, a social worker who's struggling to get pregnant.Arthur also becomes involved in trying to save his boarding house from closure when a real estate agent sparks health and community concerns about its existence.
