Out of print item in very good condition,minor wear only Top Of The Dial is a unique 1960’s ‘Kiwiana’ pop time capsule featuring many of New Zealands top stars of the day on CD for the first time as well as some well-known jingles. Opening the album is Radio Hauraki’s test transmission from the ill fated Tiri ,with many more DJ’s of the day inbetween songs and finishing with the Mayday from the Tiri before it was dashed on the rocks. 22 rare kiwi pop classics linked together by some of our ‘Swinginest’ DJ’s from the 60s.Great photos and liner notes.
